4. Ability to complete a quick quote without the VIN, if not available. |

5. Take advantage of Coverage to Consider recommendations on the quote summary screen. |

6. TAP Sales provides the ability to quickly change coverages on the Auto Coverages screen and to re-rate right on that screen. |

7. Use the hyperlinks on the Quote Summary page to quickly navigate back to a specific screen. |

8. Always follow the on-screen prompts, messaging and menu options. TAP Sales provides the user with robust navigation information. Informational messaging displays in a blue box. |
